ETSU's Center for Nutrition Research supports
the Institution in its mission distinctive focus through the following
goals: a) expand and enrich student learning with a commitment to
a student centered environment, demonstrated quality undergraduate and
graduate programs; internship and co-op opportunities; and a focus on health
professions education and services. b) Conduct faculty and student
research, scholarship, and creative activities that strengthen the learning
environment; enhance the region; and advance human knowledge. c)
Serve and partner with our constituents to enhance teaching, learning,
and research; improve the quality of life and economic well being of the
region; and strengthen the community and university.
